Command Center and Schedule Controls Update

What changed

This release made the Command Center easier to work in while expanding how you can review and adjust dayparting recommendations.

Highlights included:

• a refreshed workbench hierarchy and cleaner workflow chrome
• better labels, sectioning, and phase navigation inside recommendation review
• tighter recommendation copy and less duplicate helper text
• richer dayparting schedule customization during review
• better handling for harvest, placement, budget, and bid-related decision flows
