Closed Status and Workflow Reliability

What changed

Our latest production updates focused on making recommendation workflows clearer and more accurate as Command Center usage scales up.

This included:

• a new Closed status for recommendations that are no longer actionable
• better handling for stale recommendation results and approvals
• clearer lifecycle handling for stale seller-analysis outcomes
• more accurate campaign filter behavior across Command Center
• stronger recommendation expiry consistency across batch processing and reads
• more resilient runtime and configuration handling in production
• additional cleanup to support newer guardrail workflows

Why this matters

• It is easier to tell the difference between recommendations that truly expired and ones the system intentionally closed.
• What you see in Command Center should better match the campaigns you are actually working on.
• Recommendations recover more cleanly when background jobs are interrupted.
• The app behaves more predictably under production load.
