Read the Dashboard

Use Dashboard to decide what deserves attention first, not to execute changes directly.

Fast Path

Check the primary KPIs, compare spend direction against sales direction, note any unusual recommendation volume or audit activity, and then route into the page that fits the problem.

How To Use This

Start with movement, not absolute values. A stable ACOS with a sharp change in spend or sales often matters more than a KPI that looks "good" in isolation.

Then ask one routing question: is this a review problem, a direct-edit problem, or a verification problem?

• If you need to decide what to approve, go to Command Center.
• If you already know the entity you need to change, go to Campaigns or Keywords.
• If you need to confirm what actually executed, go to Activity Log.

What To Watch For

Short date ranges are useful for detecting movement, but they are noisy. Longer windows are better for policy decisions. If teammates disagree, the first thing to align is date range and context, not interpretation.

An empty or welcome-only Dashboard usually means setup or context is wrong, not that the account is suddenly healthy.

No. Dashboard tells you where to go next. It is a briefing surface, not the final decision workspace.

What should I look at first?

Start with ad spend, attributed sales, ACOS, and ROAS. Then use recommendation count and recent activity to decide which page should absorb your next ten minutes.
