Open the connect flow, complete Amazon authorization, pick the profile you actually manage, select a marketplace that is already usable, and then verify you can open Dashboard with data.

How To Use This

Treat connection as finished only when three things are true:

1. The account appears inside Prism.
2. You can choose the intended marketplace.
3. Dashboard loads without a connect or marketplace prompt.

If Amazon returns multiple profiles, slow down there. The right choice is the profile tied to the active campaigns you want Prism to analyze. A fast wrong selection costs more time than a careful review.

What To Watch For

Some marketplace states are informational rather than blocking. Ready, Syncing..., or Setting up... usually mean you can keep moving. A failed marketplace or a non-selectable list means setup is not done.

If you reconnect later, you are restoring access, not resetting your team history. Re-authentication is a maintenance task, not a rebuild.

Common Problems

If you finish Amazon authorization but the account is missing in Prism, go back and confirm the profile-selection step actually completed.

If the marketplace list looks stuck, check whether there is a failed marketplace with a retry action before assuming the whole account is broken.
