FAQ

Does Prism ever see my Amazon password?

Authorization is handled through OAuth; password entry occurs on Amazon-hosted pages.

If I reconnect later, do I lose my history?

Yes. Reconnect restores access and does not clear existing team data records.

Can my team connect more than one Amazon account?

Yes, multi-account management is supported in account settings.

Will Prism pick the right profile for me automatically?

No. Prism auto-submits only when Amazon returns exactly one profile. Multi-profile accounts still require explicit selection.
